Inventories are the lifeblood of the
supply chain. When inventories are
managed well, companies are more
profitable.
But it can be a balancing act. Sales wants lots of
inventory on hand to fill orders, while Finance wants to
carry the least amount of inventory possible in order to
free up cashflow for other needs.
Successfully Managing Your Distribution Inventory
provides you with the methods and thinking necessary
to optimize your inventories and improve your
company’s profitability and return on assets.
“Very informative and
easy to understand, both
an insightful and great
refresher. Lots of relative
topics and group work to
stimulate the experience.”
