CoachMarket is the first freelancer marketplace for professional business<br />
coaches and learning and development consultants.<br />
The Company was founded by a group of E-commerce entrepreneurs, executive coaches, and<br />
learning and development executives who have come together to design an easier way to find and<br />
engage with the top independent professional coaches and consultants. Our mission is to help<br />
individuals and organizations improve their human performance to compete and win in the same<br />
way that coaches in professional sports help their players and teams perform at their best.<br />
<strong>TEAM</strong><br />
Glenn is a serial entrepreneur and CEO who has launched and scaled numerous E-commerce businesses<br />
including Thuzio, a freelancer marketplace for professional athletes, and PartStore.com, an E-commerce and<br />
supply chain business for consumer electronic, computer and appliance replacement parts. He co-founded<br />

PartStore and grew from an idea to over $75m in revenue. The Company’s awards included the INC 500 list,<br />
Deloitte’s top 500 growth businesses nationally, and he was selected as an Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of<br />
the year finalist.<br />
Glenn Laumeister<br />
CEO and Founder<br />
Prior experience included working for CUC International (now Cendant) building AutoVantage, a national car<br />
buying network, AAdvantage Dining, a network of 2,000 fine dining restaurants for American Airlines, and<br />
running Shoppers Advantage, a catalog shopping business with over $110m in annual sales. Glenn began<br />
his career working for General Motors in Germany, where he doubled the size of their European automatic<br />
transmission business to over $120m in annual revenue and established a sales and marketing office in<br />
Frankfurt Germany selling to Jaguar, Rolls Royce, Opel, Volvo and BMW.<br />
Glenn graduated with a BA in International Relations and German from Colgate University, and received an<br />
MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management.<br />
An Internet pioneer with over twenty years’ experience in technology, business, and marketing, Gus is also<br />
the founder of Xogito, a New York based provider of technology solutions to growing businesses in E-<br />
commerce, Adtech, mobile and SaaS.<br />
Gus Spathis<br />
CTO<br />
Previously, Gus was CTO of E-Commerce Solutions, where he created a variety of search engines for<br />
companies like Excite, iVillage, The New York Times, Deja.com (Google), About.com, and Palm. Before joining<br />
E-Commerce Solutions, Gus was the CTO for PartStore.com, where he oversaw the creation of the world’s<br />
first consumer-focused comprehensive parts platform - an achievement that increased the company’s<br />
revenue in excess of $20 million in one year.<br />
Earlier in his career, Gus led the Poppe-Tyson Interactive team responsible for the architecture and<br />
implementation of the real-time broadcast of the 1997 IBM Deep Blue vs. Kasparov chess match. He also<br />
worked with various Fortune 100 clients on the design and launch of their sites, including Priceline, Lending<br />
LEARN<br />
Tree, ING Barings, Web Pilot, Dean Witter, Chase, Citibank, the first Internet-based White and Yellow Pages<br />
for Yahoo, and one of the first E-commerce sites, RealCounts.<br />

Mary was VP Learning and Development at NBCUniversal, responsible for corporate training strategy across<br />
News and Entertainment divisions. Mary led the change management practice at RogenSi for 5 years, spent<br />
two years at AGENCY.COM as Global lead Learning & Development. Prior to that, Mary was a senior manager<br />
with Accenture in its New York office. A graduate of Smith College, Mary lives in Brooklyn and serves on the<br />
Board of the Brooklyn Ballet.<br />
Denise Spatafora is an executive coach working with Fortune 500 CEO’s as well as entrepreneurs. She is also<br />
the founder of BeClear Inc., and has shared the BeClear Method with corporations, CEO’s, boards and teams,<br />
universities and individuals since 1997. Her clients include Google, Chanel, The Wall Street Journal/Dow<br />
