(2) ‘Low E’ coatings may only be utilised within units where the Pyran S is to the non-fire side of the assembly. The<br />
‘Low E’ coating shall be applied to ‘Surface 3’ of the assembly only, i.e the inner face of the secondary/non-<br />
Pyran S pane.<br />
Pyran S glass at thicknesses of 6, 8, 10, 12 and 15 mm is currently available up to a standard<br />
size of 3000 mm by 1600 mm. Larger sizes of 8, 10, 12 and 15 mm Pyran S are available on<br />
application to Schott UK Ltd.<br />
