1. The Chief General Manager (P&C), IDCO, IDCO Towers, Janpath, Bhubaneswar invites sealed tenders from the
registered contractors from IDCO vendors /Contractors having appropriate class of registration from State PWD /
CPWD/ Railway/ MES for the work as detailed in the table below. The proof of registration from the appropriate
authority shall be enclosed along with the Bid.

2. Bid documents consisting of plans, specifications, the schedule of quantities and the set of terms & conditions
of contract and other necessary Documents can be seen in the website www.tendersorissa.gov.in.
3. Bids must be accompanied by Earnest Money Deposit in shape of demand draft payable at Bhubaneswar or in
shape of a Bank Guarantee in the prescribed format 45 days beyond the validity of the bid from any Nationalized
Bank in favour of “Orissa Industrial Infrastructure Development Corporation”.
4. Bids must be accompanied with copies of IDCO vender / valid license, Experience Certificate, clearance
certificate on VAT-612, PAN, valid EPF registration certificate and other relevant documents as specified in the Bid
document.
5. The Bid documents will be available in the www.tendersorissa.gov.in from 14.00 Hours of 06.08.2009 to
16.00 Hours of 17.08.2009.
6. The Bidder must possess Compatible Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) of appropriate Class.
7. Bids shall be received only “on line” on or before 16.00 Hours of 17.08.2009.
8. Bids received on “on-line” shall be opened at 11.00 Hours on 20.08.2009 in the office of the Chief General
Manager (P&C), IDCO, IDCO Towers, Bhubaneswar in the presence of bidders who wish to attend. Bidders who
participated in the bid can witness the opening of bids after logging on to the site through their DSC. If the office
happens to be closed on the stipulated date of opening of Bids as specified, the bids will be opened on the next
working day.
9. Original EMD & Demand Draft towards cost of bid document may be submitted in the office of the
undersigned after bid closing date (17.08.2009) and on or before 11.00 Hours on dated 20.08.2009 during
office hours on working days failing which the bid will be rejected.

10. The cost of bid documents has to be paid by each bidder in shape of demand draft drawn in favour of “Orissa
Industrial Infrastructure Development Corporation” payable at Bhubaneswar. Since the tender invited for the
same work vide tender call notice no. 11408 dt. 02.07.2009 could not be opened due to technical
reasons, the tenderers who had participated in that tender and deposited cost of bid documents and
EMD, should not deposit the same, if they participate in this tender.
11. The bidder should have executed similar nature of works value not less than Fifty percent of the
estimated cost in a single agreement or two similar works worth Twenty five percent of the estimated
cost each during last five years and also have to produce necessary completion certificate from the concerned
client such as Govt. Departments, PSU, LC with proof of owner ship of machineries and scaffolding materials both
in self possession or hire. Application from joint venture is not acceptable.

13. The authority reserves right to cancel any or all bids without assigning any reason thereof.
