The ZNO-NOTS-36 is a low-cost thermal monocular operating in the long IR (7-14μ) range. Built to exacting standards, the
ZNO-NOTS-36 is shock and water-resistant and will withstand rugged environments when used as a weapon scope. A detachable
mount allows the unit to be easily interchanged with other optical equipment in seconds. The electronic reticule allows precise
targeting, changes color to provide maximum contrast against its background and optionally estimates the temperature of
the target in the crosshairs.
The ZNO-NOTS-36 operates on two 3C (CR123) batteries and has an auxiliary port for operation allows an external battery, AC
electrical outlet or vehicle cigarette lighter. A video output port allows video to be displayed on an external monitor or recorder
and transmitted wirelessly. When used as a scope, the ZNO-NOTS-36 may be operated hand-held or tripod mounted and externally
controlled through software. The ZNO-NOTS-36 is provided with 2x afocal adapter.
