This Court has considered the State’s Motion to Recover Attorney Fees And For
Costs, as well as all declarations, responses, and replies related thereto, and finds that the
State is entitled to a full refund of all attorneys’ fees paid to Plaintiffs and Plaintiff
Intervenors.
Judgment is awarded in favor of the State of Washington as follows:
1. The Washington State Republican Party, and its officials named as Plaintiffs in
this action, shall pay to the State of Washington $54,457.65 (attorneys’ fees) and
$639.60 (costs), for a total monetary judgment of $55,097.25;
2. The Washington Democratic Central Committee, and its officials named as
Plaintiff Intervenors in this action, shall pay to the State of Washington
$37,460.77 (attorneys’ fees) and $213.20 (costs), for a total monetary judgment of
$37,673.97;
3. The Libertarian Party of Washington State, and its officials named as Plaintiff
Intervenors in this action, shall pay to the State of Washington $14,977.80
(attorneys’ fees) and $1,323.32 (costs), for a total monetary judgment of
$16,301.12;
4. In addition, the Plaintiffs and Plaintiff Intervenors shall be jointly and severally
liable to pay the State of Washington an additional $306.78, reflecting an award
of costs in favor of the State of Washington on appeal to the Ninth Circuit in this
action; and
5. Post-judgment interest shall accrue on these amounts at the statutory rate.
