November) <strong>the</strong> heat<br />
exchanger tube in <strong>the</strong> inner triplet failed at 9 bar differential pressure.<br />
• The inner triplet was isolated and <strong>the</strong> pressure test <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> whole octant<br />
was successfully carried out to <strong>the</strong> maximum pressure <strong>of</strong> 27.5 bar.<br />
