<strong>1.</strong> <strong>Japan</strong> <strong>Pavilion</strong>: Housing 9 exhibitors and brands, across industries such as Food<br />

& Beverages, Real Estate / Shopping Malls and Consultancy Services.<br />

a. Kazokutei<br />

Kazokutei hopes to introduce true <strong>Japan</strong>ese culture through tasty and<br />

authentic <strong>Japan</strong>ese cuisine. They have 65 years <strong>of</strong> experience in the<br />

<strong>Japan</strong>ese restaurant industry, and have 107 direct-managed shops and<br />

108 franchised shops in <strong>Japan</strong>. In Thailand, China, Singapore and India,<br />

they have 22 shops. Kazokutei <strong>of</strong>fers 15 types <strong>of</strong> <strong>Japan</strong>ese cuisine<br />

restaurant brands.<br />

b. Sunpark<br />

After achieving great success through the expansion <strong>of</strong> many branches <strong>of</strong><br />

restaurants in <strong>Japan</strong>, Sunpark, is now expanding their business to the<br />

Asian market, beyond <strong>Japan</strong>. Their first overseas branch, “Tonkotsu<br />

Kazan Ramen” in Singapore serves a new and original-style <strong>of</strong> Ramen,<br />

which has gained tremendous popularity. Long queues form in front <strong>of</strong> the<br />

restaurant almost daily as people wait in anticipation to enjoy our specialty<br />

Ramen: “Ishiyaki Soup Noodle”. Through their franchise business,<br />

Sunpark hopes to achieve their aim to satisfy customers all over the world.<br />

2. Taiwan <strong>Pavilion</strong>: Housing 4 exhibitors and brands, across industries such as<br />

Franchise Suppliers / Retail Equipment & Technologies and Food & Beverages.<br />

a. AWAStea<br />

AWAStea is a supplier <strong>of</strong> raw materials for bubble tea and beverage<br />

establishments, providing a variety <strong>of</strong> supplies such as Triangle Tea Bags,<br />

Caffeine-Free Floral and Fruit Teas, Taiwan Mountain Teas, Tea Latté /<br />

Milk Teas, Brown Sugar Cubes, Handmade Tea Cubes, Matcha with Oat<br />

Powder, Tea Plums and Tea Eggrolls.<br />

AWAStea also provides original design manufacturer (ODM) and original<br />

equipment manufacturer (OEM) services.<br />

b. CoCo Fresh Tea and Juice<br />

Founded in 1997, CoCo Fresh Tea and Juice, is the largest freshly-made<br />

tea brand in the world. Currently, CoCo has more than 1,000 branches<br />

worldwide, in Beijing, Shanghai, Sanya, Wulumuchi, Taiwan, Hong Kong,<br />

New York, Malaysia and Thailand. Furthermore, additional branches are<br />

being planned in South East Asia, such as Indonesia, and all over the<br />

world.


3. New Country Market – Latvia (Northern Europe): Stenders<br />

Inspirational cosmetics with a passion for nature. Stenders is one <strong>of</strong> the biggest<br />

cosmetics producers in Northern Europe selling cosmetics through franchises.<br />

They create innovative, unique and nature-inspired cosmetic products from<br />
