ABOUT <strong>ROBERT</strong> <strong>KENDRICK</strong><br />
Robert Kendrick is now the Director of Tennis at<br />
SPORTIME Syosset and Co-Director of the John<br />
McEnroe Tennis Academy Annex at SPORTIME<br />
Bethpage. Robert joins SPORTIME after a long<br />
and successful career on the ATP Tour.<br />
Robert was an All-American at both the University<br />
of Washington and Pepperdine University, where<br />
he was ranked as high as #3 in the nation. As a<br />
pro, he was ranked as high as #69 in the world<br />
in singles (taking Rafael Nadal to 5 sets at<br />
Wimbledon in 2006) and #77 in doubles.<br />
Since 2002, Robert has been Johnny Mac’s<br />
teammate on SPORTIME’s World TeamTennis<br />
NY <strong>Sportime</strong>s team. He and Mac will be leading<br />
the <strong>Sportime</strong>s as we attempt to win our second<br />
WTT championship at the WTT finals in Charleston<br />
in September 2012.<br />
Robert will be training and supervising all<br />
SPORTIME Syosset Tennis pros and coaches, he<br />
will be a driving force at the new John McEnroe<br />
Tennis Academy Annex at SPORTIME Bethpage,<br />
and he will be working with players of all ages<br />
and abilities. Robert brings amazing energy and<br />
dedication to the court, whether working with<br />
seniors, beginners, or with our nation’s top<br />
junior prospects.<br />
