<strong>The</strong> <strong>Council</strong> has already circulated the calendar of events for the year 2010-11 through its circular<br />
dated 25.05.2010. We are pleased to inform you that the participation in Play world Middle East during<br />
7 th – 9 th March’2011 is proposed to be organized under MDA Scheme.<br />
Play world Middle East, a new image and unique name in the trade exhibition’s industry and is an<br />
adaptation of the Middle East Toy Fair which Epoc Messe Frankfurt has run since 2002 in Dubai. <strong>The</strong><br />
product portfolio for Play world Middle East includes toys for all ages, games, children’s furniture,<br />
baby articles and a lot more. This new exhibition will be running from March 7 to 9, 2011, longside<br />
the newly launched Festival world ME & Paper world ME.<br />

Participation is invited from members for the fair. Members interested to participate are requested to<br />
send us applications for participation. Members are requested to send their participation request along<br />
with:<br />
1. Filled Application Form.<br />
2. Initial Deposit of Rs.50, 000/- (Initial Deposit of Rs.50, 000/- is for 9 sq mtr only. For<br />
additional space, Initial Deposit would be required on proportionate basis)<br />
3. Signed Terms & Conditions.<br />
4. Undertaking
<strong>The</strong> last date for receipt of applications by the council is 17 th September ’2010<br />
<strong>The</strong> Application Form, the Terms & Conditions and the format of Undertaking are enclosed herewith.<br />
