requirements (such as customized products), the packing list, the code numbers, delivery time and terms and agreed prices.
Delivery of goods: EXW at per Incoterms 2010, at PEVA factory (Collecorvino, PE). Any delivery, will be at the customer’s
own risk. Any claims for damages must be recorded with the carrier on the invoice. The disputes shall be made upon delivery
to the carrier in written form, write the comment on the delivery note and make recourse to the transport company
Terms of payment: Besides any previous agreed terms of payment, the deposit required will be 30% of the entire amount
at the time of the order. On completion of the order goods will have to be payed for by bank transfer to PEVA Service Srl.
Special products: In case of customized products we will require the entire amount at the time of order.
Packaging: The standard packaging is in the price included. All the other kinds of packaging (such as wooden boxed
packaging, etc) will be invoiced separately.
Guarantee: All PEVA products are guaranteed for 2 years (from the delivery date, attested by the delivery note), and only
for manufacturing defects. The company will only pay for the flawed items. Peva Service Srl upon a finding of a fault agrees
to replace the damaged part, excluding the transport cost, traveling allowance, calling fee, labor, room and board and all
the costs necessary for the replacement of the damaged component. The warranty will cease to exist in case of: insolvency,
modifications to or tampering with the products, improper use of the products or incorrect installation of the products.
The warranty does not include ordinary parts subject to wear and tear, such as light bulbs, grates, gaskets and ordinary
maintenance.
Claims: Any kind of claim must be made only within the warranty period, in written form and faxed, including all the products
information, which is necessary to identify the type of article and the cause of the problem.
Order cancellation: Order cancellation can be made within 8 days from the confirmation of order. After that period, the
customer is obliged to pick up the product and, the deposit will not be returned.
Jurisdiction: The court of justice of Pescara is the competent authority to turn to for any type of controversy.
