Dear Mr. Marzolf,
Please consider me as an applicant for possible summer employment at Simms Schools. I have previous
experience working at the school. Last year I was employed by the school district for lawn maintenance.
I am willing to fill any position that is available, whether it is lawn maintenance, janitorial, or clerical. I
consider myself to be hard working and conscientious. I am available from May so" to July so". You
may contact me at 406-899-0393. Thank you for your time and consideration.
Sincerely,
Averi Pasma
To Whom It May Concern:
My name is Lindsey Cornell. I am writing because I am interesting in the job ofkeeping
the lawns for Simms High School as well as Fort Shaw elementary for the summer months. I am
alumni of Simms High School. I graduated with the class of201 O. All my years at Simms High
School I was very involved, participating in extra-curricular activities such as; volleyball,
basketball, and fast pitch. In addition, I was very active in clubs like; NHS, Foreign Language
Club, Choir, BPA, and Student Council. My senior year I had the privilege ofbeing the Student
Body President. I enjoyed attending Simms High School very much and still take pride in my
school.
Because ofthe pride I still have, you could rest assured that I would do my job and do it
to the best ofmy ability. It isn'tjust about having a job, it would be about keeping it nice so that
others would take pride in their school and when community members would drive by they
would see an aesthetically pleasing school that does take pride in itselfand they should as well.
Last summer I held this job with another girl, thus I would have all the prior experience
required to do this job. The time needed to teach another person would not be needed; I would be
able to start right away. I know how to operate the lawn mowers, weed eaters, and other
equipment necessary. I know the responsibilities and would be willing to learn more ifdesired.
Thank you for time and consideration. I look forward to hearing back from you.
Sincerely,
Lindsey Cornell
