SECTION-VIII
Evaluation of Bids
The evaluation and comparison of responsive bids will be done on the basis of net cost
to IGRMS on the prices of supply, installation, testing and commissioning as indicated
in the price schedule in the tender document.
SECTION-IX
Stores and Safety
All stores and materials required for the work shall be arranged at work site by the
contractor from his own sources. However, safe custody of the material stored will be
the responsibility of contractor.
SECTION- X
Date of Completion
Date of successful performance testing shall be taken as completion date of work.
SECTION-XI
Payment Terms
1. Payment shall be made after the satisfactory completion of installation of the
equipments commissioning and on production of the following documents:
a) Bills in duplicate
b) Delivery Challan
c) Consignee's receipts on Delivery Challan.
2. In case Security Deposit is not paid earlier, SD @ 5% of the bill will be
deducted.
3. Income Tax shall be deducted on the gross amount of the bill.
4. Payment will be made by Account Payee Cheques.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS OF CCTV SURVEILLANCE SYSTEM
CCTV stands for Closed circuit television - the signals are for the use by a closed
community and are not for public domain as against a normal broadcast TV.
