If it cannot pay <strong>the</strong> costs <strong>of</strong> construction<br />

from <strong>the</strong> revenues <strong>of</strong> its current stateowned<br />

businesses, <strong>the</strong>n <strong>the</strong>re is no<br />

reason to see why <strong>the</strong> state should not<br />

create <strong>the</strong> money; <strong>the</strong> sovereign people<br />

must indeed pay <strong>for</strong> it, while it<br />

recognizes precisely this money as a<br />

means <strong>of</strong> payment. Why however should<br />

<strong>the</strong> folk, with its entire work- and taxpotential,<br />

stand behind ano<strong>the</strong>r slip <strong>of</strong><br />

paper (<strong>the</strong> interest-bearing loan), which<br />

imposes on <strong>the</strong> folk in its totality only an<br />

eternal interest-obligation <strong>for</strong> <strong>the</strong> benefit<br />

<strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> capitalist!? There<strong>for</strong>e away with<br />

this obsession <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> Mammonistic state!
