Work with the Chief Executive to produce budgets for projects and funders
Maintain the funder reporting and payment calendar and ensure these are all
delivered on time.

Essential
Excellent knowledge of Excel
Highly numerate
Good information technology skills including word processing and email
Excellent administrative skills including maintaining filing systems
Ability to organise meetings and take minutes
Excellent oral and written English communication skills
Ability to manage a project from the beginning and deliver it on time
Ability to work flexibly, assist other staff and respond to changing priorities
Understanding of and commitment to STAR’s aims and values
Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends by prior arrangement
Desirable
Experience of managing paid staff or volunteers
Experience of managing finance systems and finance record-keeping
Experience of organising events
