• Control <strong>the</strong> application to get contiguous<br />
layout with overflow before heap<br />
• Suffer through a large heap spray (time!)<br />
• Know (roughly) <strong>the</strong> position of <strong>the</strong> overflow<br />
chunk for alignment of payload<br />
• Large enough overflow. Small overflows<br />
may need to be repeated to hit heap.
