The A-Head offer a super short flash<br />
duration with a single, twin electrode<br />
flashtube to ensure even light distribution.<br />
The classical metal housings complement<br />
the compact dimensions of<br />
the RX power packs. These are not<br />
eco-units; all components, flashtubes,<br />
fans, power cables conform to the<br />
normal <strong>Elinchrom</strong> standards. The Mini<br />
heads are available with „S“ Standard<br />
or „A“ Action-Speed flash tubes with<br />
E27 modelling lamp socket.<br />

This head creates sharp linear shadows<br />
and spreads light evenly over a wide<br />
area. Excellent for sunlight effects,<br />
(windows, Venetian blinds), depth<br />
enhancing “oblique” and dynamic<br />
shadow effects. The articulated head<br />
facilitates precise positioning to any<br />
angle. Integral supports for barndoors<br />
and filters.<br />

Twin cables and flashtubes extend the<br />
range of use. Both cables in one unit,<br />
halves flash durations. The twin cables<br />
plugged into two Digital RX 1200<br />
power units give the power of a Digital<br />
RX 2400 with the recharge time of a<br />
Digital RX 1200 or the head delivers<br />
4800 Ws maximum power units. An<br />
economical Twin-Head for softboxes.<br />
Pyrex Glass Domes<br />
Glass domes are delivered in transparent,<br />
as protection and in satin matt to<br />
soften shadow edges. The 440° K glass<br />
dome gives a warm tone for portraiture<br />
or food photography.<br />

The RF 3000 is dedicated to <strong>Elinchrom</strong><br />
power packs discharging up to a maximum<br />
of 3000 ws per exposure. To retain<br />
ease of handling, the unit has a single<br />
5 m power cable, which reduces weight<br />
to approximately 1.9 kg. The universal<br />
camera adapter with full adjustments<br />
enables any 35 mm or medium format<br />
camera to be conveniently fitted. The<br />
Ringflash is a unique light source ensuring<br />
totally shadow less but concentrated<br />
illumination for high contrast or high<br />
key lighting. Very popular light source<br />
for fashion, beauty, industrial and much<br />
advertising photography. To modify the<br />
light characteristic into a semi diffuse<br />
light source, replace the protection glass<br />
filter with the matt glass diffuser code<br />
402.013. To use the RF 3000 with Ranger<br />
RX the Ranger adapter cable 11095 ·<br />
is required.<br />
