Event Background<br />

The Council in collaboration with the four major garment exporters associations<br />

organise the India International Garment Fair, bi-annually. The next fair i.e. 50 th in<br />

the series is scheduled to be held from 22 – 24 January, 2013 at Hall No. 7D, 7E, 8 to<br />

12A, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi.<br />

The fair has become very popular among overseas importers and buying agents and<br />

the number <strong>of</strong> trade visitors has been increasing steadily. Over 500 exporters will<br />

participate in this fair and display their products and fashion show will also be held<br />

on all the three days.<br />

The Event would be organised from 22 -24 January’2013 in Hall nos. 7D, 7E, 8 to 12A<br />

at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi.<br />

General Terms & Conditions<br />

1. All <strong>of</strong>fers should be in Indian Rupees (taxes should be mentioned separately)<br />

2. Offer validity should be upto 31 January, 2013 from the date <strong>of</strong> tender opening<br />

3. VAT / <strong>Service</strong> Tax Registration / Income Tax PAN, ESI and PF number should<br />

be mentioned<br />

4. Client references and contract details <strong>for</strong> similar works executed in the past<br />

should be mentioned.<br />

5. ORGANISER reserves the right to split the job work to two or more contractors<br />

without assigning any reasons


6. The payment would be made after the fair is over upon submission <strong>of</strong> bills with<br />

supporting documents.<br />

7. The contractor shall obtain Photo Identity Card <strong>for</strong> all their employees, <strong>during</strong><br />

the Exhibition with instructions to show the identity card at the entrance <strong>of</strong> hall<br />

to the security guard.<br />

<strong>Pest</strong> <strong>Control</strong> <strong>Service</strong>s<br />

50 th India International Garment Fair (IIGF) will attract over 4000 Exhibitors and<br />

Overseas visitors to the event. We need services <strong>of</strong> <strong>Pest</strong> <strong>Control</strong> <strong>Service</strong>s <strong>for</strong> <strong>providing</strong><br />

round the clock services.<br />

1. <strong>Pest</strong> <strong>Control</strong> treatment shall be required at the site from 19 th January’2013<br />

till the end <strong>of</strong> the fair in Hall Nos. 7D,7E, 8 to 12A and surrounding areas<br />

with chemical powder and spray which are as per approved safety norms.<br />

2. The agency shall ensure the control <strong>of</strong> Flies, Mosquitoes, Cockroaches,<br />

Crawling insects and other insects etc. in the halls <strong>during</strong> the Fair.<br />

3. Adequate personnel to be deployed from 22 -24 January’2013 with<br />

necessary spray and other equipments.<br />

4. The Agency shall also be required to install 5 Fly catching machines and<br />

operate two Fly catching rackets in Hall Nos.7D, 7E, 8 to 12A.<br />

5. In addition, fogging shall be required in and around Halls on 19 th<br />

January’2013 onwards.<br />
