Who is Empower College?
Empower College is a Registered Training Organisation based in Parramatta, New South Wales
specialising in the Children’s Services Industry. Our trainers are professionals who have extensive
industry experience, in both the Early Childhood and vocational education and training.
We deliver a range of nationally recognised training courses and provide services designed to
develop the skills of Early Childhood Educators. We offer both full qualifications in Early Childhood
Education and Care, as well as short nationally accredited courses related to caring for the safety of
children. Our aim is to increase the quality of care throughout Australia.
At Empower College, we believe that employment in the Children’s Services industry provides you
with not only a rewarding and interesting career, but also the opportunity to positively influence the
lives and development of children. Therefore, our courses are designed to give our learners a head
start by equipping them with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed as a Childcare
Professional.

learners, you will be properly prepared to start in the workplace once you have completed your
Children’s Services qualification with us, as you will have been empowered with the right skills and
