Life is a Gift Conference<br />
at SHMS on January 14<br />
Be a living witness to the Gospel<br />
<strong>of</strong> Life in our times! Take part in<br />
the Archdiocese <strong>of</strong> Detroit’s second<br />
annual “Life is a Gift” conference,<br />
which will be Jan. 14 at Sacred<br />
Heart Major Seminary. The<br />
daylong conference will begin with<br />
a 7:30 a.m. pre-conference Mass.<br />
The event will feature keynote<br />
talks from Bobby Schindler, executive<br />
director <strong>of</strong> the Terri<br />
Schiavo Life & Hope Network;<br />
Detroit Auxiliary Bishop Michael<br />
Byrnes; and Dr. Paul Wright, who<br />
treated and served the poor with<br />
Blessed Teresa <strong>of</strong> Calcutta.<br />
Breakout sessions, including<br />
two for teenaged attendees, will<br />
allow conference-goers to delve<br />
deeper into pro-life issues. Cost<br />
