6:00 – 9:30 Parent/Teacher Conferences (by appointment)—Parents of Grades 9, 10 and 11 day students only

11:00 – 12:00 Continuous Performances by instrumental ensembles – Cone Lounge, Brewster Hall

11:30 – 11:50 Teachers available for unscheduled appointments
11:30 – Noon Pick-up lunch for students in Student Union

1:30 – 4:00 Athletic Contests (see schedule on reverse) (refreshments available in tent near football field)
4:30 (approx.) Students may leave for the weekend*
6:00 Dinner for students remaining on campus for the weekend
Tuesday, October 26
7:30 P.M. All boarding students return to their dorms for check-in
8:00 – 10:00 Regular Study Hall
*Please note:
The Extended Weekend begins after a student completes his/her final obligation on Saturday, which is
between 2:00–3:00 P.M. for students not involved in athletic events and after 4:00 P.M. for those who are.
(Students playing at away games may not be free until later.)
