<strong>Suhner</strong> <strong>Abrasive</strong> <strong>Expert</strong> have launched the new <strong>UMC</strong> 6-R L<br />
Electric Power File/Polishing system, designed to<br />
revolutionise the finishing of difficult access polishing,<br />
graining and brushing applications.<br />
Whether working on Stainless Steel or Aluminium polishing<br />
and finishing, <strong>UMC</strong> 6-R offers low vibration, powerful<br />
action for close edge work.<br />
Stainless and Aluminium Polishing to a ‘grained’ finish of<br />
internal corners has always been problematic.<br />
<strong>Suhner</strong> have designed a tool offering a file type action so<br />
that the brush effect can be made in the same direction<br />
right up to the weld/ internal joint!
By using hook and loop attachment of abrasive pads and<br />
surface conditioning pieces, the <strong>UMC</strong> 6-R Lcan quickly solve<br />
any finishing application. <strong>Suhner</strong>’s wide range of loop<br />
backed abrasives can be rapidly applied.<br />
<strong>UMC</strong> 6-R L is a 500W light weight Electric Power file with<br />
an 8 mm stroke and variable rate of oscillation from 2500<br />
to 5250 strokes per min.- to achieve the finish desired. Its<br />
compact dimensions ensure it can fit into tight places.<br />
