Program Eligibility
Student may be eligible to participate
by meeting one or more of the
following criteria:
1. Educationally disadvantaged,
2. Have been or are in foster care.
3. Homeless, as defined by 42 U.S.C.
Section 11302,
4. Active duty military dependent:
wonded in action, missing in
action, or killed in action
5. Primary language is other than
English (ELL)
Students must be 4 years of age
on or before September 1st.
