Program Eligibility<br />

Student may be eligible to participate<br />

by meeting one or more of the<br />

following criteria:<br />

1. Educationally disadvantaged,<br />

2. Have been or are in foster care.<br />

3. Homeless, as defined by 42 U.S.C.<br />

Section 11302,<br />

4. Active duty military dependent:<br />

wonded in action, missing in<br />

action, or killed in action<br />

5. Primary language is other than<br />

English (ELL)<br />

Students must be 4 years of age<br />

on or before September 1st.
