Our Leadership Services
Executive Search
We recruit leaders who will inspire, direct, and execute according to your organization’s vision, plan,
and the intricacies of your culture. RSCN’s process begins with an assessment of your leadership
needs. We then deliver a Candidate Research Report at no cost to your organization. RSCN then leads
a search process that will produce a slate of qualified candidates in 20 to 25 business days. Once
candidates are identified we use a competency based interview process to select the right leaders,
then verify they possess the key core competencies using different assessment tools.
Boundary Spanning Leadership
We work with your leadership teams to bridge organizational divides for more effective collaboration
and improved performance. With a strong boundary spanning plan in place, your organization will
become more agile in responding to changing markets, better able to execute strategies and tactics,
and capable of delivering the right business results.
Workplace Effectiveness
Our on-boarding planning and training and coaching programs can make your people better at what
they do – from day one to year five. We help manage a smooth transition when a new leader starts
in a role and we help them improve their effectiveness over time. Along the way, we document and
measure performance to ensure you see real progress in your outcomes.
