General<br />
This document shows price <strong>extras</strong> only.<br />
The <strong>in</strong>voiced price comprises these <strong>extras</strong> plus basis price, distribution and tax.<br />
Material is charged on gross weight. Lengths and widths should be specified <strong>in</strong> whole millimetres.<br />
Unless otherwise agreed with <strong>Tata</strong> <strong>Steel</strong>, sales are FCA <strong>Tata</strong> <strong>Steel</strong> IJmuiden load<strong>in</strong>g quay (ship), FCA<br />
<strong>Tata</strong> <strong>Steel</strong> IJmuiden load<strong>in</strong>g dock (truck) or FCA <strong>Tata</strong> <strong>Steel</strong> IJmuiden railway yard (rail).<br />
All prices <strong>in</strong> this list are <strong>in</strong> EUR/tonne and do not <strong>in</strong>clude value-added tax or any other tax relat<strong>in</strong>g to<br />
the sale and delivery of the goods. If delivery is with<strong>in</strong> the European Union, the purchaser will bear all<br />
taxes and will reimburse <strong>Tata</strong> <strong>Steel</strong> for any taxes charged to <strong>Tata</strong> <strong>Steel</strong> <strong>in</strong> respect of the sale or delivery<br />
of the goods.<br />
