Our 84" Pipe Mill specialises in supplying not only
small multi-item packages but also larger project
requirements. Grades range from API 5LB to ASTM
carbon and alloy steels up to and including 5%
chrome.
We have an extensive record in supplying DSAW pipe
to the petrochemical, refinery and power generation
industries internationally.
Our 84" Pipe Mill has the ability to manufacture the
exact design size in any non-standard diameter and
wall thickness within its size range (18"-84" DIA. and
up to 30mm WT).
Our pipe can be supplied with 100% weld
radiography and full body stress relieving or
normalising heat treatment as specified to meet the
more onerous applications.

We are a major world class manufacturer of HFI and
DSAW plain end pipes for OCTG casing and conductor
applications manufactured on our approved state of
the art Hartlepool 20" and 42" pipe mills.
Our pipe manufacture from bespoke coil and plate
results in excellent dimensional control of pipe
diameter, ovality and wall thickness thus ensuring
accurately cut threads or good fit up for welding
to connectors.
Our mills are committed to the manufacture of OCTG
with regularly scheduled production slots enabling
consistently short lead times.
