Julian Paul was appointed as a non-executive director of Argonaut Games plc on 29 February 2000 and the<br />
company went into creditors’ voluntary liquidation on 23 February 2005 on which date he resigned as a nonexecutive<br />
director.<br />
Michael Eaton was appointed as a non-executive director of James & Hodder (Holdings) Limited on 15 March<br />
2004 and resigned as a non-executive director on 19 October 2005; the company went into creditors’ voluntary<br />
liquidation on 25 November 2005.<br />
Michael Eaton is also a director of Funtastic UK Limited, which is in the process of being struck off the register<br />
of companies as it is no longer required. <strong>The</strong> company has no unpaid creditors.<br />
Michael Eaton was also appointed as a non-executive director of STDB Travel Limited on 7 March 2002 and<br />
resigned as a non-executive director on 19 October 2005; the company was wound up by the Court under<br />
the provisions of the Insolvency Act 1986 on 21 July 2006. <strong>The</strong> amount outstanding to creditors in connection<br />
with the winding-up of STDB Travel Limited was £18,657.<br />
