UP-DATE ON SUDAN OIL PROJECT.
Hello Robert,
I am aware of the unexpected time lapse since our detailed and important
discussions and contract together for which I both take full responsibility and
apologize for. However, the delay was not caused by loss of interest or intention on
our part but rather the convulsions in the politics in Khartoum largely caused by
the rapidly looming July 9 seismic change in the political structure within the
country. Of course I refer to the splitting off of the southern portion of the country
(with it's oil fields !) to form the new REPlJBLIC OF SOUTH SUDAN.
The added complication is that the new republic must use the existing pipeline to
move it's crude to POI"t Sudan and the nearby Port Bashayer. Despite these
complications however we have been very bus)' negotiating with the new powers
that be to secure our relationships and our guaranteed supplies.
I am very happy (and relieved) that we have almost totally achieved the results we
have negotiated so frustratingly hard for,and we (The Interrorco Group) have
signed a binding deal with the new Republic to assign to us three separate and
distinct "BLOCKS" in the south of currently producing wells. I should hasten to
confirm that this is in addition to the contracts and licenses we already have with
the Northern part of Sudan and the source of the crude we contracted with
yourselves.
One aspect of the deal we have concluded with the new Republic calls for our Group
to locate, purchase (with US Funds and of course in dollars) oil drilling equipment
and all the associated peripheral piping.casement etc to enhance and improve the
production of the blocks we are now the proprietary owners of. I believe one of your
associated company's is in the oil equipment business ?---if so,we'd like to talk to
you about this interesting adjunct to the actual oil trading.
For now that is the situation as we understand it and again ,my apologies for the
unexpected hiatus in our proposed business-v-el will keep you abreast of the
imminent finalization of the contracts.

comment with fou,that we complete the projects Including In your
letter dated the :13th December ,201.0.and like result of It,thls is our
conclusion:
1..-Thefirst one,Block No 4,G85 utilization pipeline projet,
We add the ~lways on turn key basis projet,ofthe thermoelectric
plant ,combinated cycle,with capacity to produce 500 MVA.
2.-Welnclude in the cost the electric substatlon{ Power and
distributlon}and an estimative cost of some transmission lines and
distribution grid.
3.-We include all the security equipment and all the controls on the
plpellne,in order to use the most safe installations with point
technology,
4.-The final spec5.;about the designed equipment should be
approval by the technical staff of Sudapet working like the same team
with the Intertorco" s Technicians.
5.-T estimative cost of the complete,.projet will be -

6.-The second projet,that Include a gas pipeline to feed an electric
generation plant,wlll be build under the same basis and general specs.
The Therrnoelec:trlc plant will be comblnated cycle and with a capacity
of generation of 31 MVA.and the estimatIVe tost of this projet will be
$ 90,000,000.00 USD,
7.-Project to Development the oil block No 17.
In this case and taking the criterium of the SUclapet Technicians like
something true(We don"t have any doubt·about the capacity and their
professional status}We think in Increase the production of the actual
wells and drill some new In order to reach In this field a daily
production .of at least 700,000 bbd,and build all the necessary
Infrastructure to sell this production.ln our next visit we will dlsscuse
this action,Our Idea Is go deeper in the actual wells and drill more.
8.-About the Drill Rigs,We sent a catalog in order the Technicians of
Sudapet advise us which will be the best equipment to use ,and we will
follow their indlcatlons,but maybe we need a program to increase the
available equipment to drill.
9.-Llke complement of all these projects,We are designing some oil
reflnerles,ln which SUdapet could produce around 112 dlferents 011
products with the must advanced technology,and we are searching the
way to finance aUthis items.
