<strong>NID</strong> IN BANKING OPERATIONS<br />
EVALUATION<br />
For the purpose of award<strong>in</strong>g the National Innovation Diploma <strong>in</strong> Bank<strong>in</strong>g <strong>Operations</strong>, the students’ work shall be evaluated on the<br />
basis of Practical work, Exam<strong>in</strong>ations and Tests assessed per subject and SIWES, per semester, as follows:<br />
Practical - 70%<br />
Exam<strong>in</strong>ations - 20%<br />
Class Tests - 10%<br />

SIWES is programmed to take place dur<strong>in</strong>g the third semester of the 4-semester programme. However, the <strong>in</strong>stitution shall be at<br />
liberty to split the period of attachment <strong>in</strong>to two between the second and fourth semesters.<br />
The weight<strong>in</strong>g of each of the components of subjects and SIWES shall be as follows:<br />
General Studies - 10% (m<strong>in</strong>imum)<br />
Foundation Studies - 15% (m<strong>in</strong>imum)<br />
Industrial Attachment (SIWES) - 25% (m<strong>in</strong>imum)<br />
Professional (Core) Studies - 50% (maximum)<br />
