12 TRA Annual Report 2008 Working for Consumers 12 WORKING FOR CONSUMERS Telecommunications users have found a powerful voice to make their concerns heard in the two new Advisory Groups for residential and for business users. Working with TRA they have helped push forward number portability, the publication of quality of service measures and information about roaming charges.
