<strong>Bristol</strong> <strong>Marine</strong> <strong>Holdings</strong> Expands to 115 Broad Common Road<br />

<strong>Bristol</strong> <strong>Marine</strong> <strong>Holdings</strong>, <strong>LLC</strong> (BMH) has purchased the 45,600 square foot purpose built<br />

building formerly occupied by Goetz Custom Boats at 115 Broad Common Road in<br />

<strong>Bristol</strong>, Rhode Island. The state of the art facility will accommodate new and growing<br />

businesses in the marine trades industries. The addition of this location to BMH's<br />

inventory of available space is important to the continuation of their successful track<br />

record of creating and attracting jobs to the Town of <strong>Bristol</strong>.<br />

seems there is a critical mass that is being sustained by the dedication and passion of<br />

manufacturing company will be the initial anchor tenant and will provide over a dozen<br />

new jobs in the State of Rhode Island. Additionally, other marine companies will be<br />

immediately expanding into space in this building.”<br />

Several local small business have already been contracted to supply various services to<br />

incoming businesses, from information technology to janitorial services, deepening the<br />

increased my business by signing a service contract and adding a major long term client<br />

to my customer base.”<br />

Established in 1998, BMH owns and operates, through its subsidiaries, over 30 acres of<br />

commercial real estate in <strong>Bristol</strong>, Rhode Island, currently occupied by over 40<br />

businesses, which employ over 300 people. With a focus on the marine trades, BMH<br />

has been successful in creating an environment for the growth of many small<br />

businesses, through it’s creative developments and management philosophy. BMH and<br />
