The Ultralink ® HDMI-C5WP2 HDMI ® Cat5/Cat6 extender balun wall plate system simultaneously
transmits both multi-channel audio and digital video up to 50 meters @ 1080i and up to 10
meters @ 1080p. Typically you will get almost double the performance using Cat6.

Ultralink ® HDMI ® (output) wall plates feature self-powered active circuitry usually installed at
the output stage of the installation nearest to the TV/monitor. The active circuit resets the clock
speed of the digital signal before adding a short HDMI ® cable from the wall-plate to the TV/
monitor. Two versions are available – one with 5 RCA connectors as well. The active wall plates
are recommended when the internal HDMI ® cable is longer than 5 meters (16.5 Ft.).
