3D RUBBER MOLDED PATCHES<br />
50 piece minimum quantity. Less than minimum quantity is<br />
not available. Pre-purchased patches can be inventoried by<br />
<strong>TRG</strong> <strong>Group</strong> for corporate catalog programs at no additional<br />
charge for a period of up to one year.<br />
SET UP CHARGES<br />
Please contact Customer Service for set up, mold and<br />
production charges for 3D Rubber Molded Patches. You will<br />
need to provide artwork, size and PMS color when requesting<br />
a quote.<br />
Available in Oval, Circle, Rectangle and Square shapes.<br />
Patch pre-production samples available at $50.00(X) charge.<br />
LEAD TIME<br />
New Orders: 6 weeks from paper proof approval.<br />
Repeat Orders: 4 weeks from paper proof approval. Add 1<br />
week for production proof. For more than 500 pieces add 1<br />
week. For more than 1000 pieces call Customer Service for<br />
delivery schedule. Delay in receiving artwork, size, location,<br />
etc. will delay your order. See artwork guidelines in general<br />

DEBOSSING<br />
Debossing is available on our Executive Collection. Items<br />
suitable for debossing are listed on pages 38-39. 12 piece<br />
minimum quantity. Absolute minimum of 6 pieces is available<br />
for an additional $25.00(G) plus our standard set up and<br />
run charges.<br />

the inconvenience and financial burden of lost luggage with our CG Tracker Bag Recovery Program by helping reunite you<br />
with your lost bag anywhere in the world for free.<br />
Here’s how it works:<br />
On each bag’s ID tray is a unique 9-digit tracking number and a 24 hours-a-day, 365 days-a-year phone number to call<br />
collect from anywhere in the world in the event that your bag is lost and found by a third party. If someone finds your lost<br />
bag, this person locates the phone number on the ID tray, calls our Customer Service Representative and provides us with<br />
the unique tracking number on the bag. We will then work to notify you, the bag’s owner, arrange a pickup of the lost bag<br />
and then coordinate delivery of the bag to your registered address or requested location—all at no cost.<br />
The program is valid upon registration and is effective for the life of the product. Look for the CG Tracker globe symbol<br />
next to the product images to see which bags qualify.<br />

defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the product. We will cover any and all manufacturing defects in materials and<br />
workmanship or quality of the materials. We have the right, at our option, to repair or replace merchandise.<br />
The Lifetime Warranty does not cover the contents of your bag or damage resulting from abuse, neglect, improper handling,<br />
ordinary wear and tear or common carrier damage. As with any travel gear or accessory product, component parts, particularly<br />
moving parts, will show wear over time and eventually may need to be refurbished or replaced. If such wear and tear occurs, we<br />
can provide you with generous options for repairing or refurbishing your product. This warranty gives you specific legal rights,<br />
and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State.<br />
