New Bikes
Our brand new bikes for Foundation arrived this
month from Denmark. The RABO bikes we ordered
from funds raised at the Christmas Fair last year and
are purpose-built for school environments, so we
hope we will have many years of fun and pedalling
from them. They are a huge hit in the Foundation
Playground.
Staying Safe
Our teachers and TAs have also been back to school. A lot of our staff updated their EFR
(Emergency First Response) Training with Bangkok Pattaya Hospital, in case there is ever an
accident at school.
Mathematics Workshop
All our Primary Class Teachers were lucky enough to attend a workshop at REPS given by Dr
Yeap Ban Har, an expert in teaching Singapore Maths, the Mathematics curriculum we have

Nit Busting
Football in the House
This year the weather was kind to us and we
managed two days of House Football. There
were some very exciting matches and
excellent sportsmanship was shown by all.
The Year 1s and 2s tested Dr Tasker’s
refereeing skills to the full!
Unfortunately our first after school football
match at St Andrews was cancelled due to the
rain. We had a lot of very unhappy players who
were really looking forward to their first away
game – next time.
A reminder that after our half term break in October we will have our Nit Busting Week so please
remember to check your child’s hair during the holidays. There have also been two cases of
Chicken Pox at the school so please keep your child at home if they are unwell or have rash.
