Make your way to <strong>Dallas</strong>! Event Check-in and Practice will take place at the <strong>Dallas</strong> Convention Center.<br />
COACHES MEETING<br />
<strong>NCA</strong> will offer multiple meetings to all coaches to wrap up any last minute championship questions you may have on<br />
check-in day. ONE COACH PER GYM IS REQUIRED TO ATTEND!<br />
<strong>CHAMPIONSHIP</strong> CHECK-IN:<br />
All coaches must check-in at the <strong>NCA</strong> Wel<strong>com</strong>e Desk located at the <strong>Dallas</strong> Convention Center on Friday, March 1, 11:00<br />
a.m. - 9:00 p.m. All teams can sign up for a practice time - at the <strong>Dallas</strong> Convention Center.<br />
SATURDAY, MARCH 2<br />
D<strong>ALL</strong>AS CONVENTION CENTER<br />
Preliminary <strong>com</strong>petition for all divisions will take place on March 2nd. Doors are tentatively scheduled to open one hour<br />
prior to the first performance.<br />
SUNDAY, MARCH 3<br />

NOTE: Due to enrollments, all times are subject to change.<br />
TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS<br />
A & I Travel is a team of dedicated travel consultants that will help you arrange your group’s travel. A & I Travel will<br />
negotiate group pricing on your preferred airline and provide fare <strong>com</strong>parisons for up to five airlines. Questions regarding<br />

<strong>NCA</strong> TEAM PLACEMENT PROGRAM<br />
This program was put in place for all traveling teams. If you are staying in a hotel in the DFW area, you are required to<br />
utilize one of the blocks booked by Connections Housing. Numerous hotels around the DFW Metroplex have been<br />
blocked for your ease and convenience in booking. Please see the following for more information regarding this program.<br />

<strong>NCA</strong> & NDA TEAM PLACEMENT PROGRAM<br />
This program was put in place for all traveling teams utilizing hotel rooms while attending the <strong>NCA</strong> All-Star National<br />
Championship. Being recognized as an official citywide event and capturing the room nights derived from this event are<br />
crucial for future date selection and venue availability through the <strong>Dallas</strong> Convention and Visitors Bureau and the <strong>Dallas</strong><br />
Convention Center.<br />
Connections Housing is the official, and only, housing <strong>com</strong>pany for <strong>NCA</strong> & NDA Championship housing. Teams that<br />
attend the 2013 <strong>NCA</strong> All-Star National Championship in March are required to book rooms through Connections Housing in<br />
order to participate. <strong>NCA</strong> & NDA has authorized no other <strong>com</strong>pany to book housing for groups attending 2013 Nationals.<br />
There will be no exceptions. Numerous hotels around <strong>Dallas</strong>/Fort Worth have been blocked for your ease and<br />
convenience in booking.<br />

Division Change Deadlines<br />
Teams making Division changes between January 25th<br />
and February 8th will be charged $1000. No division<br />
changes will be accepted after February 8th.<br />
NOTE:<br />
Due to the <strong>com</strong>plexity of creating and managing the event<br />
schedule, <strong>NCA</strong> will not accept any division changes after<br />
February 8, 2013. This effort will help ensure that all gyms<br />
know well in advance their performance times, while<br />
also limiting any major time shifts. Please adhere to this<br />
deadline and be sure to register in the correct division<br />
upon submitting your registration. Thank you in advance.<br />
Deposit<br />
A $30 per person deposit is required at the time of<br />
registration.<br />
Balance<br />
All remaining balances are due on January 15, 2013.<br />
All payments made after January 15, 2013, must be<br />
in the form of a cashier’s check, credit card or money<br />
order.<br />
