The company Hufgard Optolith Bauprodukte Polska is 

a manufacturer of high quality paint, renders and mortars. 

Hufgard is a traditional family-owned European company 

which dates back to 1720, its name is associated with high 

competence and experience in the production of materials 

used in construction and universal specialists. 

In Poland, the factory was established in 1995. The modern 

production line of mineral mortar and paints, combined 

with long-standing experience in the industry, as well as 

vast knowledge, highly qualified collaborators, the use of 

advanced technologies and the highest quality raw materials, 

allows us to produce products of superior quality. The 

quality of all products are examined in a laboratory, located 

next to the factory, by specialized units and research laboratories 

throughout the country and abroad.

of mortars and renders, insulation systems, adhesives 

for tiles and stone, paints, bases and internal decorative materials.

at the same time protect the walls, have been known since

Optolith FKR is a factory prepared mixture of selected aggregates, high quality cements and additives, ready to use after adding 

water. FKR is designed for laying terracotta, gres tiles, stone and conglomerate boards of large and very large sizes (length of one 

side exceeding 50 cm) without the need for a dynamic load in order to level their surface and covering the tile surface. Thanks to 

this feature the whole tile is optimally adhered to the ground and the risk of dis-joining, cracking and hollow sound is minimized 

at its use. Due to its specific features (increased self levelling), the adhesive is not suited to vertical surfaces. Designed for heated 

and cooled surfaces, as well as a „tile on tile” surfaces.

Optolith PPK F is a factory mixed, dry, white, thin-layer mortar for gluing gas-concrete blocks and silicate in blade-inlet joint systems 

as well as smooth blocks. Thanks to a special composition of the mixture it can be machined at the temp to -6 ° C, assuming 

that the temperature in the next 6 hours does not fall below -12 ° C.

| Render and mortar 

Clinker mortar containing trass are materials having 

a number of advantages, which specifically distinguish 

them from other mortars. They: 

• strongly set lime, which minimizes the risk of calcareous 

efflorescence, 

• are extremely durable, 

• are characterized with very little stress, 

• very resistant to aggressive environmental impact, 

• do not contain harmful substances, 

• are materials proven for thousands of years. 

Their use significantly reduces the occurrence of salt and 

calcareous efflorescence, and the addition of trass causes 

the increase of adhesion and tightness of the mortar. Mortars 

are offered in three types depending on the degree of

A KGB Optolith is a ready-to-use dry mix, based on the dry mass of white lime-based fillers designed for decoration and finish 

works. Thanks to its properties KGB Optolith is ideally suited as a layer under the compensatory shell painting (ISF) in the „wall 

of sound” system. It can be used for filling in and smoothing the surface of walls and limestone ceilings (such as KPI, KFI), and 

cement limestone (such as MPL, MPK) inside the premises.

Optolith KFI interior limestone plaster is selected on the basis of aggregates. A white colour and delicate structure is its main advantages. 

Especially recommended for plastering mortar walls of absorbent material. Does not require priming. In case of walls made 

with high precision it is best to use in layers of 5-8 mm. Render for machine treatment, in case of small surface can be applied by 

hand. It has very good adhesion and is easy to handle.
