1 st , 2 nd and 3 rd place winners will receive medals.<br />
The five top-scoring teams based on scoring will receive a cup.<br />
Prize money for the best 3 teams based on scoring:<br />
1 st place : € 500 2 nd place : € 300 3 rd place : € 200<br />
In case of several teams’ equal score the prize money is awarded based on the overall ranking<br />
( statistics of medals ).<br />
Each team gets 1 point per starter ( up to a maximum of 50 points)<br />
and for each : 1 st place 6 points<br />
2 nd place 4 points<br />
3 rd place 3 points<br />
4 th and 5 th place 2 points<br />
7 th place 1 point<br />
If there is only one competitor in a weightclass<br />
he/she is awarded the score and<br />
medal of that class, unless he/she<br />
competes in the next higher weight-class.

Protests may be filed with the competition manager. The fee to file a protest is 10 times the entry fee.<br />
The organizer ( <strong>Sportverein</strong> <strong>Karuna</strong> ) assumes no responsibility.<br />
Participants must cover their own costs.<br />
There will be 3 referees for each tatami, preferably from different countries.<br />
We want an international referee team. Therefore we would be glad to work with your referees.<br />
The referees from the teams should register by April 29 th .<br />
Please supply your referee’s licence ( Great Britain: at the least a „National 'A' Referee“ ) !<br />
Referees receive € 40 a day and vouchers for the cafeteria. No compensation of travelling expenses !<br />
Will be arranged by the organizer.<br />
Food and beverages are available in the sports hall cheaply.<br />
We can organize reservation of rooms at hotels or hostels until April 29 th .<br />
Sleeping in a nearby high school (gym hall) on tatami costs € 5 per person and night.<br />
Access to the nearby high school gym on Friday, May 22 nd , not before 19:00 o’clock !<br />
