Learning Objectives:<br />

See change as an essential element that is positive; Recognize that adapting<br />

to change is all about attitude; Identify the stages of change we go through as<br />

we learn to deal with change; See change as an opportunity for selfmotivation<br />

and innovation; Develop strategies for dealing with and accepting<br />

changes in organization; To be able to understand the concepts and<br />

intervention strategies; Providing framework for applying different models of<br />

change to different scenarios; To apply the knowledge acquired in case<br />

studies related to change management; To encourage students to think out<br />

of the box and recommend innovative change management interventions<br />

Learning Outcomes:<br />

• This course teaches students how to develop the skills to proactively<br />

address change and meet the challenges of transition in the workplace.<br />

Students will work to overcome the problems encountered when<br />

making changes in your organization. Students will also learn how to<br />

develop the ability to effectively handle organizational changes by<br />

examining the transition process and understanding their own, and<br />

others, needs and responses to each phase.<br />

organizational development model; Practical cases in change management;<br />
