2. To place the courses in the framework of HEC.<br />

3. To develop the objectives, learning outcomes, contents, reading<br />

material, assessment and evaluation, and delivery mechanism for each<br />

course.<br />

4. To consult the stake holders after the draft curriculum is ready well<br />

before the next meeting in Lahore.<br />

During the meeting situation analysis was carried out and after<br />

thorough deliberations a list of courses was developed within above<br />

categories.<br />

The committee after extensive discussion and analyses adopted the<br />

framework developed by Curriculum Division of HEC for management<br />

sciences to develop an integrated framework for public<br />

administration/management education at undergraduate and graduate level.<br />

After thorough discussion the committees have made recommendations on<br />

the following:<br />

i. Implementation Guidelines<br />

ii. Promotion and Professionalization of <strong>Public</strong> <strong>Administration</strong><br />

iii. Quality Assurance in <strong>Public</strong> <strong>Administration</strong> Programs<br />

Employment of <strong>Public</strong> <strong>Administration</strong> Graduates<br />
