fashion<br />
‣ But, no obligation on Members to conduct IPR searches<br />
‣ No patent l<strong>and</strong>scaping by ETSI<br />
Public visibility of declared essential <strong>IPRs</strong> through the ETSI IPR<br />
Database<br />
