Exclusive Discovery Terms and Conditions:
• A 50% non- refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Bookings are
confirmed on receipt of this payment.
• Final numbers and payment required no later than 10 working days prior to cruise
date.
• We reserve the right to add a fuel surcharge of no more than $5.00 per person to
your final invoice.
• After this time catering numbers can be increased but not decreased. A 15%
surcharge will be added to the final account for charters booked on Public Holidays.
• Please note we do not accept personal cheques at the bar, as a deposit or as final
account payment.
• Please also note your final invoice is a seven - day account and is due on receipt. A
5% administration charge will be added to accounts still outstanding 30 days
following your function, a 10% administration charge will be added to this figure if
your account remains outstanding for 60 days following your function.
• Bar accounts must be settled in full prior to disembarking vessel at completion of
charter ~ Bar will be closed 20 minutes prior to docking and alcohol purchased on
board may not be taken ashore.
• The noise level of the onboard jukebox and/or any additional private entertainment
must be reduced on closure of bar and turned off at
docking (due to noise restrictions in Viaduct).
• The vessel used and the departure point is at the discretion of 360
Discovery and may be subject to change.
• We reserve the right to charge a cleaning fee of up to $300.00 incl GST, if required
following Skipper’s final inspection at end of charter.
• All prices are inclusive of GST unless otherwise expressly stated.
• All private charters and functions on board 360 Discovery vessels are subject to the
360 Discovery Terms and Conditions of Carriage.
Attendance at your function is considered to be acceptance in full of these terms and
conditions.
