If our set packages aren’t quite what you are after and you would like to simply hire<br />
one of our vessels and have a bar open for individual purchases or a bar tab, we can<br />
offer you the following:-<br />

(Based on a minimum of three hours and up to 100 guests.)<br />

Our private charters and <strong>exclusive</strong> hire options are perfect for special occasions. We<br />
can cater for up to 160 guests depending on the vessel in our modern wellmaintained<br />
fleet of high-speed catamarans.<br />
Where do our cruises depart from?<br />
Our standard cruises depart from Pier 4 in Quay St downtown Auckland. We can<br />
also board your group at our Viaduct berth. (Specialty cruises departing and<br />
returning to Gulf Harbour will embark and disembark at Z Pier at Gulf Harbour<br />
marina.) We do not accept Amex, but we do accept all other credit cards.<br />
Where do they go?<br />
Our Harbour cruises encompass the inner Harbour, past Bean Rock lighthouse, out<br />
towards Rangitoto and back towards the city and under the Harbour bridge. If you<br />
would like to vary the route to suit your particular requirements please enquire at<br />
time of booking.<br />
Bar<br />
All our vessels are fully licenced and equipped with eftpos and cash facilities (Amex<br />
not available on vessels). Your options include a cash bar for guests to make their<br />
own purchases, a pre-paid bar tab to the amount of your choosing, or we offer<br />
a wine and beer ‘open bar’ opportunity for $40.00 per person, based on a minimum<br />
of 80 guests. (This option is not available on all our cruises so please enquire about<br />
availability at time of booking). We do not allow BYO on any of our charters.<br />
‘Your <strong>Discovery</strong>’- tailor-made cruises<br />
Our standard cruise packages have been specially put together based on our cruise<br />
experience and in answer to your requests and feedback. We believe they offer you<br />
a range of choices and remove the need for you to spend hours deliberating about<br />
menus and other options. However, if our standard packages are not quite what you<br />

Exclusive <strong>Discovery</strong> Terms and Conditions:<br />
• A 50% non- refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Bookings are<br />
confirmed on receipt of this payment.<br />
• Final numbers and payment required no later than 10 working days prior to cruise<br />
date.<br />
• We reserve the right to add a fuel surcharge of no more than $5.00 per person to<br />
your final invoice.<br />
• After this time catering numbers can be increased but not decreased. A 15%<br />
surcharge will be added to the final account for charters booked on Public Holidays.<br />
• Please note we do not accept personal cheques at the bar, as a deposit or as final<br />
account payment.<br />
• Please also note your final invoice is a seven - day account and is due on receipt. A<br />
5% administration charge will be added to accounts still outstanding 30 days<br />
following your function, a 10% administration charge will be added to this figure if<br />
your account remains outstanding for 60 days following your function.<br />
• Bar accounts must be settled in full prior to disembarking vessel at completion of<br />
charter ~ Bar will be closed 20 minutes prior to docking and alcohol purchased on<br />
board may not be taken ashore.<br />
• The noise level of the onboard jukebox and/or any additional private entertainment<br />
must be reduced on closure of bar and turned off at<br />
docking (due to noise restrictions in Viaduct).<br />
• The vessel used and the departure point is at the discretion of <strong>360</strong><br />
<strong>Discovery</strong> and may be subject to change.<br />
• We reserve the right to charge a cleaning fee of up to $300.00 incl GST, if required<br />
following Skipper’s final inspection at end of charter.<br />
• All prices are inclusive of GST unless otherwise expressly stated.<br />
• All private charters and functions on board <strong>360</strong> <strong>Discovery</strong> vessels are subject to the<br />
<strong>360</strong> <strong>Discovery</strong> Terms and Conditions of Carriage.<br />
Attendance at your function is considered to be acceptance in full of these terms and<br />
conditions.<br />
