Gold – Bellville East, Bellville West, Collinsville, Edwardsville, O’Fallon, Rockwood Summit<br />
Blue – Centralia, Freeburg, Highland, Marion, Mascoutah, Mt. Vernon, Salem, Triad, Waterloo, U. City<br />
1 st Place Team Trophy for both Divisions<br />
Gold – Medals – 1-4 in relays, 1-5 in open and field events<br />

Special Note On 3200 Meter Run:<br />
Coaches, please enter in the open 3200 Meter Run only those boys who have run 12:00 or better. Your<br />
cooperation will be greatly appreciated. You may enter 3 participants in the 3200 and all 3 can score.<br />
The slow heat of the 3200 Meter Run will be run first.<br />
General Information:<br />
1. Track events will given preference over field events.<br />
2. The relays will not be held up because a boy is competing in a field event.<br />
3. High Jump will start at 5’6”<br />
4. The Pole Vault starting height will be determined at the meet.<br />
5. Shot and Discus will run in flights. (Best throw shot last)<br />
6. Three preliminaries (throws or tries) in the field events and 9 qualify for the finals which three<br />
additional tries will be allowed.<br />
7. Schools will be required to provide workers for field events or curve judges.<br />
8. Team camps will be on the East side of the stadium outside of the track.<br />
9. Please stay off the turf field!!!<br />
Timers: FAT <strong>Timing</strong>. No prelims. Open races are heats against time, like 400m, or 300h
