the morning of the sale.
Payment deadline: 4.30 p.m. Tuesday 28 th May
Collection deadline: 4.30 p.m. Wednesday 29 th May
(our offices and yard will be closed on Monday 27 th May )
Proof of ID required on collection, including copy of ATF certificate where
applicable.
Notice to Buyers
To be read in conjunction with our Conditions of Purchase (see website)
Registration: Bidders must register in the auction office and complete a
registration form. A refundable deposit of £200 is required, payable by debit or
credit card.
Descriptions: All lots are sold as seen and Buyers must satisfy themselves as
to the accuracy of any description given in the catalogue or by any other
means. All lots are sold without warranty of any kind. Buyers are strongly
recommended to make a physical inspection of any lot or lots before bidding.
Buyers’ Premium: A charge of 15% of the sale price per lot (plus VAT) will be
payable by all buyers of lots 1601 to 1700. A charge of 20% of the sale price
per lot (plus VAT) will be payable by all buyers of lots from 1701 onwards.
Value Added Tax (VAT): VAT at the standard rate (currently 20%) will be
charged on the sale price of those lots marked in the catalogue with an
asterisk (*).
Payment: All Lots are to be paid for in full, including buyer’s premium, by no
later than 4.30 p.m. 29 th April 2013. Methods of payment are: Cash subject to a
maximum of £9,000. Any payment in cash in excess of £4,000 must be
accompanied by valid proof of identity ie passport/driving licence supported
by 2 utility bills, bank statement or equivalent. Debit card; Credit card (subject
to a surcharge of 2% plus VAT).
If you are not able to pay for a vehicle in accordance with these terms then DO
NOT BID.
Collection: All Lots are to be collected by no later than 4.30 p.m. on
Wednesday 29 th May after which time a storage charge will be levied (see our
Conditions of Purchase for full details). Please note that our offices and yard
will be closed on Monday 27 th May. Proof of Identity will be required before
any vehicle may be removed from the premises.
Please note – we do not deliver vehicles or arrange delivery and Buyers must
be able to remove all vehicles by the time stated.
If you are not in a position to do this then DO NOT BID.
Hours of Business: 9.00 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. Monday to Friday for payment at our
offices and collection.
