Pre heat teppanyaki plate on high for<br />
10 minutes.<br />

Brush steak and chicken with extra<br />
virgin olive oil and season to task<br />
with salt and pepper then add to the<br />
teppanyaki plate.<br />

Once the steak and salmon require<br />
turning add the vegetables to the<br />
teppanyaki plate and work the<br />
vegetables until meat has finished<br />
