Install aerosol elimination devices in cooling towers to minimize the
transmission of the bacteria through aerosol.
Use appropriate respirators (e.g. N-95 mask) to avoid inhalation of
contaminated aerosol while carrying out the maintenance work
involving cooling towers.
Maintain a healthy lifestyle, particularly the avoidance of smoking, to
strengthen body immunity and reduce the risk of infection.
