Malta, with its medieval, renaissance and
baroque architecture, lies right in the heart
of the deep blue waters of the Mediterranean,
just off the southern tip of Italy. The
Maltese archipelago consists of the three
incredibly small islands of Malta, Gozo and
Comino, area 314 km², and the small
population lives happily and peacefully in a
sunny, blue, English-speaking environment.
Malta has a temperate winter climate
where the sun shines practically every day.
In summer, the inviting seas and light
breezes cool you down from the hot sun.

I loved my stay in Malta and was
positively surprised by the rich history
and culture that it has to offer.
Prehistoric temples and many
beautiful bays impressed me a lot.
I have improved my English and also
met many other foreign students from
all over the world. This is all thanks
to the NSTS interesting leisure
programme and fun after-school
activities. It was a great experience
and I hope that I will manage
to come back again soon.
