<strong>Austin</strong> <strong>man</strong> <strong>added</strong> <strong>to</strong> <strong>Top</strong> <strong>10</strong> <strong>Most</strong> <strong>Wanted</strong> <strong>list</strong>;<br />

<strong>authorities</strong> <strong>seeking</strong> him and his girlfriend<br />

An <strong>Austin</strong> <strong>man</strong> who is wanted for murder has been <strong>added</strong> <strong>to</strong> the Texas <strong>Top</strong> <strong>10</strong> <strong>Most</strong> <strong>Wanted</strong> <strong>list</strong>.<br />

Police are also <strong>seeking</strong> his girlfriend. Both are wanted by the <strong>Austin</strong> Police Department in<br />

connection with a murder in <strong>Austin</strong> on Nov. 20, 20<strong>10</strong>.<br />

Texas CrimeS<strong>to</strong>ppers is offering a $7,500 cash reward for information leading <strong>to</strong> the arrest of<br />

John Junior Godinez Pesina III, 27, a member of the Texas Syndicate gang. You do not have <strong>to</strong><br />

give your name when providing a tip.<br />

Pesina is believed <strong>to</strong> be accompanied by his girlfriend, Francesca Luna, 26.<br />

Pesina and Luna both have violent criminal his<strong>to</strong>ries. Pesina was released from the Texas<br />

Department of Criminal Justice on November <strong>10</strong>, 20<strong>10</strong>, after serving a five-year sentence for<br />

aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.<br />

Texas Crime S<strong>to</strong>ppers offers rewards up <strong>to</strong> $<strong>10</strong>,000 <strong>to</strong> any person who provides information that<br />

leads <strong>to</strong> the arrest of one of the <strong>10</strong> <strong>Most</strong> <strong>Wanted</strong> Fugitives. Anyone with information can provide<br />

anonymous tips in three different ways:<br />

• Call the Crime S<strong>to</strong>ppers hotline at 1-800-252-TIPS (8477).


• Text the letters DPS—followed by your tip—<strong>to</strong> 274637 (CRIMES) from your cell phone.<br />

• Submit a tip through the DPS website by selecting the fugitive you have information<br />

about, and under their picture is a link <strong>to</strong> submit a web tip.<br />

All calls, texts or emails are anonymous.<br />

For more information on specific fugitives or the crimes they are accused of, please contact the<br />

local police agency in the area where the fugitive was last seen.<br />
