GENERAL INFORMATION Tickets will be on sale at the door one hour before concerts unless sold out. As the Festival program is very full, and as a courtesy to performers and patrons, concerts must start punctually. Doors will open 30 minutes before the concert start time. In the case of unavoidable delays, we appreciate your patience. Latecomers will be asked to wait for a suitable break to enter the Hall. The only reserved seating is for patrons with Special Needs at the front left-hand side of the Hall (facing the stage). If you are sight or hearing impaired, or require wheelchair or walking frame access, please see Cath Brown or Trish Byrnes on arrival at the Hall who will endeavour to seat you accordingly. Children 8 years of age and over are welcome to attend concerts, provided they have an allocated seat and do not disturb the enjoyment of others. Children under 8 years of age are not admitted to Hall concerts without prior arrangement with, and at the discretion of, the Tyalgum Festival Committee. Recording of concerts and taking of photographs by patrons during a performance is not permitted without prior arrangement. It is extremely important that flash photography be minimised during performances. Official event photographers, Alan & Perri Wain of Vibrant Imaging, will have images from this year’s Festival available to view and purchase from a dedicated gallery on their website, www.vibrantimaging.com.au. As a courtesy to the artists and other members of the audience during the concerts, please minimise noise and movement as much as possible. Audience members having bottled water and cough suppressants (prewrapped in cling wrap) close to hand will help enormously! Tyalgum has limited mobile telephone coverage. We ask that you please ensure mobile telephones are turned off before each concert. Refreshments will be available after concerts C1, C2, C3, C5 and C10. Your gold coin donations are appreciated. Red and white wine will be available for purchase after the evening concerts on Friday and Saturday. Your gold coin donations are appreciated for non-alcoholic refreshments. Programs, raffle tickets, books, CD recordings and other items are available at our Administration desk at the rear of the Hall. Announcement of the raffle winners will be made following the Camerata of St John's concert at afternoon tea. The Tyalgum Festival Committee and Volunteers are wearing badges and we are happy to be of assistance at all times. If something needs our attention please let us know!
