UCM <strong>Catering</strong> is pleased to provide this <strong>Shoestring</strong> <strong>Catering</strong> Guide.<br />

<strong>Shoestring</strong> <strong>Catering</strong> is a low-cost segment of UCM <strong>Catering</strong> by Sodexo<br />

which is ONLY available to:<br />

UCM Student Government and organizations<br />

Faculty and staff events<br />

UCM related groups or events<br />

In order to qualify for <strong>Shoestring</strong> prices, these guidelines need to be<br />

be followed:<br />

<strong>Order</strong> placed at least ONE week prior to the event.<br />

Food request MUST come from the <strong>Shoestring</strong> menu.<br />

If using Student Funding Committee funds, the order must be preauthorized<br />

by a Student Activities staff member and receive a budget<br />

number prior to placing order.<br />

PLEASE NOTE: <strong>Order</strong>s placed within 48 hours of the event may NOT be<br />

eligible for <strong>Shoestring</strong> pricing.<br />

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:<br />

Pick-up orders in <strong>Catering</strong> Office (Union Room 101) Monday - Friday<br />

8 am - 4:30 pm.<br />

All items are served in a “No Frills” manner.<br />

Paper products may be purchased for an additional charge.<br />

All table, chair and trash can set ups are scheduled through the Meeting<br />

& Conference Services office 660.543.4342.<br />

SPECIAL ORDERS: If the <strong>Shoestring</strong> menu does not fit your needs, we will<br />

gladly work with your approved group to accommodate your food and<br />

budget requirements. Please contact the catering office at 660.543.4440 to<br />

request an appointment.<br />
